We are Krisha Studio, an online retailer of seasonal product to cover Indian Market, e.g., “T-shirts”, “handmade stone bracelets and seasonal gift items” based in India. Our contact email: support@krishastudio.in. - Orders & Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email — this is not acceptance of the order, merely confirmation that we received it. We will confirm acceptance when we email you a dispatch confirmation. - Prices & Payment
Prices are shown in INR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments must be completed through the payment methods we support (UPI, cards, netbanking, etc.). We use third-party payment gateways — we do not store your card information. - Shipping & Delivery
We dispatch orders within 1–2 business days (unless otherwise specified). Delivery times vary by location. Shipping charges (if any) are displayed at checkout. Tracking details will be provided once your order ships. - Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Cancellations: Allowed within 12 hours of placing the order (unless the order is already dispatched).
Returns: Accepted within 7 days of delivery only for defective/damaged items or wrong items shipped. Items must be returned in original condition and packaging.
Refunds: Processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item. Refund method: original payment method / store credit as applicable.

We try to display product colors and details accurately. Slight variations may occur due to device screens or the handmade nature of some products. - Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of your use of the site or purchase of products is limited to the amount paid for the product. - Intellectual Property
